MP-1200 Mixer--Production Description: 1) The range of the MP model mixers are manufactured from food grade stainless steel with smooth radius surfaces for hygienic cleaning and sanitization. 2) The paddles on the shafts are angled at 60 Degrees to ensure a complete and homogenous mixing of both product and additives. 3) The mixing shaft and paddle design ensures that there are no blind spots in the hopper ensuring intense and correct mixing. 4) The mixing shafts are removable for the cleaning process 5) All parameters such as reverse/ forward, mixing time and pause times are controlled via the PLC with the ability to enter programs for the various types of products being processed.
